I own a 2017 ZX10R, very uncharacteristically for this normally bomb proof engine a fault occurred resulting in the engine firing on only 3 of the 4 cylinders, very quickly after dropping the bike off at the shop i was contacted by Gary from the service department who informed me that this was something very much more serious than a spark plug misfiring and he would be in touch as soon as they diagnosed the issue, he called me back with the news that there was water in cylinder number 1 which would suggest that the cylinder is maybe cracked, at this point he made me aware that my warranty had ran out a couple of weeks before the fault occurred, i was totally gutted, he then told me that even though the warranty had lapsed Kawasaki UK may still honour the warranty if this was indeed a valid claim. Gary called several times to keep me informed over the next couple of weeks relaying the bikes diagnostics and the conversations which he was having with Kawasaki UK. Then one evening driving home from work Gary called (my heart sank when i seen the number as i thought it was going to be bad news regarding the warranty) but no he called and said that Kawasaki UK would indeed honour the lapsed warranty and cover all costs to the repair of the bike, (nearly £4000) i was elated, I would like to thank Gary from Bolton Motorcycles for keeping me in the loop at all levels, the mechanics who found the fault and repaired the engine and Kawasaki UK for being and amazing company.

Jack Green‎ Repping the learners out there with my gsx125 and hjc limited edition monster energy crutchlow replica helmet both purchased from bolton motorcycles great staff and shop purchased the bike at first with stock exhaust but after speaking with the legend Gary we sorted me out a scorpian exhaust system with baffle taking out sounds like a demon now evan neighbours have posted letters through my door about noise level???? all fitted in a matter of hours the bike has been solid and no issues at all if your in the market for a 125 and got a few quid to spend deffo recommend its the perfect bike awesome looking and has big bike feel plus your gonna look cool as hell on one and have the heads turning a bit like i do ???? just kidding but honestly bolton motorycles is the place to go looking forward to maybe making a few more upgrades to my 125 and going down for my second service see ya guys soon staff helpful knowledgeable and an array of good looking motorcycles theres nothing to not like

Jodie Louise I recently passed my Cbt test on the 2nd May and was eager to get a moped straight away! The staff there showed me through each bike and how to find the one I wanted online. I picked the bike and it was ready by the next day of ordering. Jonathon delivered it and came with helmets and gloves for me to try on and was very accommodating. He showed me through the bike and how to use it and helped me out a lot. Even with my million messages on sorting a moped he was always quick to respond and so helpful. If anyone is looking at getting a bike/ moped etc make sure you go to Bolton motorcycles. Quick service and helpful in every way! My first bike and it fits me perfectly Thankyou so much xx

Lee from start to end was amazing, I couldn't have picked a better guy to get all the amazing advice I needed. This is my first bike I got the RKS 125 and I love it. Fits me like a glove. Feel super safe handling it. Lee has just delivered it my home showing me through what I need to do and where everything is. I also did my CBT at the training ground behind the shop where Karen was just perfect with me. Can't wait to get some practice in so I can go visit them all, feels like a right homely place. Love all the staff from reception to mechanics to sales and even the manager was a good laugh. If anyone is thinking of getting a bike or even advice GO HERE. You won't be disappointed. Xx

I live in the lakes so it was a bit of a trip but Bolton Motorcycles lent me a bike so I could visit mum and dads (The bike was a scooter, a little different to the GSX1000 being serviced.......what a hoot tho!) bike looks even more awesome now with the tail tidy, seat pod, carbon bits.......I love visiting this shop!
