Bolton Motorcycles is part of the Moto GB group, a family run business that is huge in the bike industry both importing and distributing many well know brands around the UK.

Responsibilities and Duties for the Motorcycle Sales Executive role include but are not limited to...

- Manage and develop all new and used motorcycle sales enquiries.
- Maximise lead opportunities both online and over the phone.
- Ensure that all individual key target objectives are met.
- Maximise the sale of all clothing, accessory and finance an imperative part of the sales process
- Aim to achieve a high level of customer experience each and every time.
- Use established follow up and prospecting procedures to maximise customer loyalty and retention.
- Assist management in maintaining and developing showroom policies and advertising.
- Manage our various social media systems with daily updates.

Experience:

The successful candidates will be experienced in a sales role and be able to meet sales targets whilst focusing on added value and profit retention.
You must be willing to work as part of a team, be very much focused on customer satisfaction and be willing to multi-task and cover other roles as and when circumstances dictate. You must have the ability to sell on value and affordability rather than the lowest price and understand and work within an established brand/sales process.
